TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WOLFERMAN'S BASIC SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

These are the terms and conditions for Wolferman's subscription program ("Subscription Terms"). By clicking on "Confirm Subscription and/or otherwise placing a subscription order, you accept these Subscription Terms. These Subscription Terms are between you and Wolferman's, LLC ("Wolferman's", "we", "our", or "us"). Your use of wolfermans.com is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms set forth on wolfermans.com, all of which are incorporated herein.

Your subscription will automatically create a new order in accordance with the delivery frequency schedule designated for your subscription, until you cancel your subscription using one of the methods outlined in these Subscription Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with such cancellation effective as of the next unshipped order following our receipt of your cancellation. Refunds will not be provided for any orders that have already been shipped. To cancel your subscription, call our toll-free number at 1-800-798-6241, email us at service@wolfermans.com, or write to us at: Wolferman's, Internet Customer Service, 2500 S. Pacific Hwy. Medford, OR 97501-2675. You may also cancel your subscription by logging into your account, navigate to "My Account," and click "Cancel Subscription."

The credit card or other payment method used to purchase your first order will be held on file and charged for each subsequent order until you contact us via the methods outlined herein to cancel your subscription. If we cannot complete an order with the credit card or other payment method you used to create your subscription, then you authorize us to update your subscription with another credit card or payment method in your account. If we are unable to complete your subscription order with the updated credit card or payment method, then the order may be canceled.

We can change the cost of your subscription order at any time, in our sole discretion. Following your first order, we will send you an email notice prior to processing each subsequent subscription order. The notice will confirm the cost of the order and the estimated shipping date. Shipping and processing charges and applicable taxes for your subscription are in addition to your subscription order cost. Your subscription is personal to you, and may not be assigned or transferred, or used for resale, profit, business or commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to make changes, modifications or additions to, and/or deletions from, these Subscription Terms, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. Your continued participation in the subscription program constitutes your acceptance of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions. If you do not agree to any changes, modifications, additions or deletions, you must cancel your subscription. We may also, with or without notice and in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription and/or the subscription program at any time, for any or no reason. In such event, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you prior to such termination.
